Why were the religious leaders so threatened by Stephen’s sermon?


What is a “threat” to some people today? Why?

    Religion and religious tradition is always threatened by the Truth. If the Messiah came back to earth as He did 2000 years ago (as opposed to how He will return soon - on a white horse)He would assuredly be killed or persecuted relentlessly by religion. The pharasee tradition is still alive and well today.
